Ambassador Hotel Bosten - Eupen

Exemplary staff, ideal location for hiking and exploring city center, little gem of a town, good breakfast, excellent evening meals, friendly staff went out of their way to help.

Not obvious to find.

The breakfast was very good and sufficient. The room very quiet and large. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. We had a great stay! Any time would come back.

Everything was fine for us. We have no reason to complain.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. Quiet location in the middle of it. Rooms are clean and neat. Modern furnishings. Fast internet.

The Ambassador Hotel Bosten provided me with a spacious and comfortable room, which was exactly what I needed after a day of travel. The double bed was cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was pleased to find that the room was located at the back of the hotel, ensuring a quiet environment.

While my stay at Ambassador Hotel Bosten was overall enjoyable, I did find one minor inconvenience. The facilities in the hotel were rather limited, with no space available to comfortably sit and have a coffee during the day.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel and had the best time! The room was clean, cozy, and had an incredible river view. The staff was lovely and competent, making check-in and check-out a smooth process. The breakfast was abundant with delicious choices and the hotel had a great location right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all the festivities.

The hotel was slightly noisy, as it was located on a busy street, which took away from the peaceful ambience of the holiday. the parking was not conveniently located and was quite expensive, which was a small inconvenience during the stay.

Our request for 2 more pillows was immediately fulfilled. The breakfast buffet was very varied, always freshly refilled.

I had a great stay in a hotel located in a picturesque location uphill from the city center, right by a beautiful stream flowing into town. My room was comfortable and equiped with minibar, and the bathroom was modern and clean. the breakfast was continental with a good variety of patisseries, ham, cheese, and cereals. the friendly staff made the check-in/out easy, and there was even a lift.

Unfortunately the restaurant's service was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and going above and beyond to make sure we had a hot meal when the kitchen was closed. The refurbished rooms were wonderful, furnished to a high standard and equipped with amenities like a fridge. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of choices and excellent quality. The location was perfect for hiking, with a hiking trail right at the doorstep. The staff were friendly and fluent in multiple languages, making communication easy.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was very helpful, both in sorting out local communications for us and in magicking extra tables iin the Brasserie when we wanted to eat outdoors. Coincidentally, the bus stop for our next connection was just outside the hotel, which was very convenient.

The Wifi connection in our room was bad, and, judging from others who sat out in the corridor with laptops, it was probably not just our room.

A nice clean hotel that had a good breakfast. I would stay here again.

The lift was out of order and the made no arrangements to carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs. But other then that it was a great place.
